Alan J. Klevan – Massachusetts Worker’s Compensation & Personal Injury Lawyer
“Personal injury” Means Your Case is About You.
Through more than twenty-six years of representing injured clients, my practice has been focused on understanding the personal circumstances of each client, and working to develop the best strategy for seeking full compensation.
I put clients first by accepting a limited number of cases and by not delegating client matters to other attorneys or paralegals. These practices ensure that I am available to clients whenever they need me – day or night – and that I will know every detail of their case.
I Understand Your Concerns and the Issues that You Likely Face
You may be unable to work. You may be wondering how you will make housing payments and how your will support your family. The insurance company may be trying to terminate your medical treatment, or claiming that certain aspects of treatment are not covered. Those causing your injuries may be blaming you.
Defendants and insurance companies do not make recovery easy. In most cases, they will fight vigorously, especially if significant injuries and damages are at stake. I will be with you at every step.
My Commitment to Client Education and Communication
Client education and communication are high priorities for me. You deserve an attorney who will take the time to explain all aspects of your case, answer your questions in an understandable manner, and advise you on an ongoing basis as to how your case is progressing. I believe strongly in all of these principles, particularly in client education. I give you the information that you will need in order to make informed decisions about your case.
How I Use Technology to Increase Case Development and Maximize Recovery
Since 2004, I have developed ways to incorporate existing and emerging technologies into my law practice, being known as one of the first, if not the first, attorneys to manage a “paperless” practice in Massachusetts. In addition to my law practice I now frequently speak on technology matters for the Massachusetts State Bar, and advise lawyers on how to better use technology in their practice.
Through technology, I have my clients’ files with me at all times, via my iPhone or iPad. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, I will have access to every document pertaining to your case, and will be ready to answer any questions that you may have. Calls are routed to me wherever I am, and if I am not available when you call, I will contact you as soon as I am available. All client files are encrypted and backed up through multiple layers of security, so that files are safe even if hardware is stolen or damaged.
At trial, I use technology to re-create client stories dynamically to judges and juries. By using technology, judges and juries will be able to better understand who you are, and the facts and circumstances of your case.
The Privilege of Representing You
It is a privilege and an honor when a client entrusts me with his or her legal matter, and an obligation that I take seriously.
If you have been injured at work, or were injured through the fault of another, please call or email me – I want to learn about you and your story. I offer a free, no-obligation consultation so that you can meet with me, and so that I can learn about your case.
